Publications is one of five divisions within the Kansas Secretary of State’s office. The publications division is responsible for publishing the Kansas Register, the Session Laws of Kansas, the Kansas Administrative Regulations, and other educational and informative publications about the state, our office, or the election process. We are also responsible for distributing three types of state legal publications annually: Kansas Statutes Annotated, Session Laws of Kansas, and the House and Senate Journals.
