Notice of Hearing

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), Division of Environment, Bureau of Air, will conduct a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at the Newton Public Library, Bessmer Meeting Room, 720 N. Oak, Newton, KS 67114, to consider the proposed Title V Operating Permit Renewal for Mid Continent Cabinetry, 831 S. Columbus, Newton, KS 67114.

All interested parties will be given a reasonable opportunity to present their views orally during the hearing. In order to give all parties an opportunity to speak, it may be necessary to limit any oral presentation to five minutes.
