Notice of Intent to Seek Private Placement General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners (the “Board”) of Shawnee County, Kansas, (the “County”), intends to seek a private placement of the above referenced bonds. The maximum aggregate principal amount of bonds shall not exceed $2,000,000. The proposed sale of the bonds is in all respects subject to the Board passing and approving a resolution authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of the bonds, the execution and delivery of a bond purchase agreement relating to the bonds and execution and delivery of all other documents necessary to deliver the bonds and receive payment therefore.
