Public Notice

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) and the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) Behavioral Health Commission, is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan to add Certified Community Based Health Centers (CCBHCs) as a provider of state plan services.

The proposed effective date for the state plan amendment (SPA) is May 1, 2022.
