Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $6,553,490.56 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,672,103.86 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at February 28, 2022.
