Request for Proposals

The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF), Rehabilitation Services, announces the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a youth mentoring, development, and leadership program for individuals in Kansas between age 14 to age 24 with disabilities. Eligible applicant agencies include not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations with a board of directors or consumer advisory panel whose members would be comprised of 50 percent or more persons with disabilities and can demonstrate the services and/or programs supported by this award. Sealed bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 p.m. (CST) June 3, 2021.
