Notice to Bidders

St. Peter Catholic Church seeks sealed bids for the following projects: 1) perimeter fencing, gates, and vehicular bollards, 2) CCTV or surveillance camera system, and 3) exterior illumination. Bids will be accepted by St Peter Catholic Church until 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) March 25, 2025, at 11000 W. Southwest Blvd., Wichita, KS 67215, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same address. Copies of Instructions to Bidders and project specifications can be accessed by visiting https://stpeterschulte.com and clicking on the Request for Proposals document link. Interested parties may also request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals by email at stpeterschoolschulte@gmail.com. An informational vendor conference is being held on at 9:30 a.m. (Central Time) Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 11000 W. Southwest Blvd., Wichita, KS 67215. Parties seeking to attend this conference must RSVP prior to the event at the email address listed above not later than 3:00 p.m. January 31, 2025. Each of the aforementioned projects are expected to cost $25,000 or more. Additional project work available for quotation or estimate is also outlined in aforementioned Request for Proposals documentation.
