Notice to Bidders

St. Joseph Catholic Church seeks sealed bids for the following projects: 1) CCTV or surveillance camera system, 2) electronic access control system, and 3) perimeter fencing. Bids will be accepted by St Joseph Catholic Church until 12:00 p.m. (Central Time), March 24, 2025, at 13015 E. Maple Grove Rd., Mt. Hope, KS 67108, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same address. Copies of Instructions to Bidders and project specifications can be accessed by visiting https://sjost.com/home and clicking on Request for Proposals document link. Interested parties may also request an electronic copy of the Request for Proposals by email at stjosephcatholicchurchkansas@gmail.com. An informational vendor conference is being held at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) Monday, February 3, 2025, at 13015 E. Maple Grove Rd, Mt. Hope, KS 67108. Parties seeking to attend this conference must RSVP prior to the event at the email address listed above not later than 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) January 31, 2025. Each of the aforementioned projects are expected to exceed $25,000 in total cost. Additional project work is also outlined in aforementioned Request for Proposals documentation.
