Notice to Bidders

The Wichita Jewish Community Center, located at 1850 N. Woodlawn Blvd., Wichita, Kansas, is requesting bids for a new secure entrance. The winning general contractor is responsible for the design-build portion of the mechanical and electrical engineering. Additionally, there is an awning above the new entrance noted in the drawings. Have an allowance in your bid for this awning assuming that it is framed, sheathed and covered with metal siding and has a painted gyp board soffit with two LED down lights.
