Project

Rehabilitation of Detention Dam Site 104 in Lyon County, Kansas, located 2.5 miles north and 4.75 miles east of Admire, Kansas for Upper Marais des Cygnes Watershed Joint District No. 101.

General Scope of Work

Rehabilitation of dam with 670 tons of riprap for wave protection and stilling basin repair; 145 feet of new 20-inch PVC principal spillway pipe with canopy inlet, new drainage diaphragm, and trash rack; seeding and mulching.

(Non-mandatory) 9:00 a.m. (Central Time) Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Lyon County Fire District No. 2, 423 E. 7th St., Admire, KS 66830.

Bid Opening

9:00 a.m. (Central Time) Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Lyon County Fire District No. 2, 423 E. 7th St., Admire, KS 66830. Sealed bids will be received until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2025, by Curtis Janssen, Engineer/CO, 280 K-68 Hwy., Lyndon, KS 66451, or may be delivered at time of opening. Any bid received after the specified times will not be considered.
