Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given for the receipt of subcontractor bids for the A-014707, Wichita State University – University of Kansas Medical Center (WSU-KUMC) Wichita Biomedical Campus – Bid Package #001 project. This project is being delivered using procedures established under the Kansas alternate project delivery building construction procurement act (K.S.A 75-37,141 et seq.) for J.E. Dunn-Hutton, a joint venture, the construction manager.
Subcontractor bids will be received for the following scopes of work:
- Survey/site control points
- Selective site demolition/earthworks
- Site utilities
- Auger cast piles
- Electrical primary and temporary construction power
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. April 16, 2024. Email bids to David.Pipes@Jedunn.com or deliver to 800 E. 1st St. North, Suite 190, Wichita, Kansas, April 16, 2024 between 12:00pm and bid time as advertised.
All bidders must prequalify. Create an SMS profile by following the directions at https://sms.jedunn.com/.
All bidders should advise of their intent to bid. Please email David.Pipes@Jedunn.com the notice of intent to bid. A Prebid meeting will be held virtually at 2:00 p.m. April 2, 2024. If you wish to participate in the pre-bid meeting please email David.Pipes@Jedunn.com and request a meeting invite.

Vendor hereby acknowledges when submitting a bid that they have included all items associated with the request for proposal for their corresponding bid form.
