Kansas Public Employees Retirement System

Request for Proposals

The Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS) is soliciting competitive fee proposals from qualifying institutions with the intent to establish term contracts for the group life insurance benefit plans that are administered by KPERS.

Candidates should respond to this Request For Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of underwriting a basic life insurance plan that covers approximately 150,000 active KPERS members and an optional life insurance plan that currently covers appoximately 25,000 members.
