Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,266,918.45 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,430,301.37in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at October 31, 2023.
