Notice of Cancellation of Hearing on Proposed Administrative Regulations

A public hearing was scheduled to be conducted at 10:30 a.m. December 8, 2023, in Room 509 of the Landon State Office Building, 900 SW Jackson, Topeka, Kansas, to consider updates to the education requirements for professional surveyors as well as the continuing education requirements of licensees.

A summary of the regulations follows:

Proposed Amended Regulation: K.A.R. 66-9-5. This regulation has been amended to clarify and modify the education requirements for professional surveyors.

Proposed Amended Regulation: K.A.R. 66-14-1. This regulation has been amended to clarify and modify the continuing education requirements for licensees.

Please be advised that the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions is hereby withdrawing the proposed regulations. Therefore, the public hearing on the proposed regulations is cancelled.
