The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Home Health: Electronic Visit Verification System (EVV). In accordance with section 12006 of the 21st Century CURES Act, the state complies with the electronic visit verification system requirements as of January 1, 2024.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is January 1, 2024.
