Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $6,757,080.91 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,687,895.61 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at June 30, 2023.
