The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. The Global Pregnancy Rates will be increased to 70% of Medicare.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is July 1, 2023.
