The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. A topical fluoride treatment reimbursement rate needs to be revised in order to match the other topical fluoride treatment rates.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is June 1, 2023.
