Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $7,475,363.08in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $1,765,412.29 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at March 31, 2023.
