Article 4.—GENERAL PROVISIONS

65-4-3. Fees. The following fees shall be collected by the board:

(a) Initial license examination $150.00

(b) Subsequent retaking of license examination $75.00

(c) License issued $30.00

(d) Reciprocal license $150.00

(e)(1) Biennial renewal of license $550.00

(2) Additional fee to obtain license renewal upon the failure to renew license before expiration date $500.00

(f) Conversion of license status from inactive to active $100.00 (Authorized by K.S.A. 74-1504; implementing K.S.A. 65-1505 and K.S.A. 65-1509; effective May 18, 1992; amended June 7, 1993; amended Sept. 4, 1998; amended Feb. 22, 2002; amended June 25, 2004; amended July 2, 2010; amended March 24, 2023.)
