Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,377,645.85 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $1,736,742.71 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at February 28, 2023.
