The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Motor vehicle screens will no longer be required for Autism Specialist to deliver the following services: Consultative Clinical and Therapeutic Services, Intensive Individual Supports and Interpersonal Communication Therapy.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is May 3, 2023.
