The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Health Care Access Improvement Panel (HCAIP) sections of the Kansas Medicaid State Plan.

The proposed effective date for the state plan amendment (SPA) is July 1, 2022.
