Notice of Maximum and Minimum Weekly Benefit Amounts

Each year, in accordance with K.S.A. 44-704 of the Kansas Employment Security Law, the maximum and minimum weekly benefit amounts payable to unemployment insurance claimants are recalculated. For SFY 2023, new claims filed on or after July 1, 2022 and before July 1, 2023, the maximum weekly benefit amount will be $560 and the minimum weekly benefit amount will be $140.
