Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $7,968,647.64 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $2,461,508.36 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at April 30, 2022.
