Editor's Note: Effective July 1, 2002, the rules and regulations of the Kansas State Board of Cosmetology which establish sanitation standards for tanning facilities, tattoo facilities, body piercing facilities, permanent color technicians, tattoo artists, and persons performing body piercing are deemed regulations of the Department of Health and Environment until revised, amended or revoked.
