Notice to Bidders

Concordia First United Methodist Church (FUMC) hereby invites you to submit a sealed bid on a new security alarm, camera, and access control system for their building located at 740 W. 11th St., Concordia, KS 66901.

Copies of Instructions to Bidders and project specifications can be accessed at https://www.concordiafumc.com/nspg-information/.

Estimated project value exceeds $100,000.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), September 8, 2025. Bids will be opened at 5:00 p.m. September 8, 2025. The vendor who are awarded the bid will be contacted when a final decision is made.

All bids must be clearly labeled “Concordia FUMC Security Project” and mailed to:

All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days from bid opening date.
