The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) in accordance with K.S.A.75-5933, is publishing the annual Senior Care Act SFY 2026 Sliding Fee Scale to be used during assessment for program eligibility. The Senior Care Act program services and eligibility are defined in K.S.A. 75-5928(b)(c)(d)

The effective date for the Senior Care Act Sliding Fee Scale implementation is July 1, 2025. Please see KDADS SCA Sliding Fee Scale SFY 2026.
