House Concurrent Resolutions

HCR 5015, A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION urging the United States Department of Education to distribute certain federal moneys for education in the form of block grants to the state, by Committee on Taxation.

HCR 5016, A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION urging the Kansas Attorney General to join the efforts of other states to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, the founding principles of Separation of Powers and the Appointments Clause and hold Elon Musk accountable for unlawful executive action, by Committee on Federal and State Affairs.
