Notice of Hearing

Pursuant to K.S.A. 75-37,143(d), the State Building Advisory Commission will conduct a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday April 9, 2025, in Suite 1200, 12th Floor, Eisenhower State Office Building, 700 SW Harrison St., Topeka, Kansas. Check in at the front desk with security is required.

The purpose of the hearing is for the public to have an opportunity to comment on a request from the Kansas State University to utilize the Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) alternate project delivery method for the Bioprocessing and Industrial Value-Added Products Innovation Center (BIVAP) in Manhattan, Kansas.

This project will include renovations and addition for a biomanufacturing core and training facility, research space expansion, and adding a dedicated area for partnership research space.

Construction costs are estimated at $17,302,050 for all phases.
