The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Reimbursement for select pharmaceuticals are excluded from the DRG Reimbursement System.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is October 18, 2024.
