Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given for the receipt of subcontractor bids for the A-014666REV Wichita State University (WSU) University Stadium Phase 1A/1B–East Stadium and Track project. This project is being delivered using procedures established under the Kansas alternate project delivery building construction procurement act for projects with non-state funds (K.S.A 76-7,132 et seq.). Crossland Construction is the construction manager.
Subcontractor bids will be received for the following scopes of work:
- Earthwork
- Shallow foundations
- Site utilities
- Masonry (CMU and brick veneer)
- Misc. and structural steel
- Metal panels
- Roofing
- Gypsum assemblies
- Doors and hardware
- Glazing/storefront/curtain wall systems
- Joint sealants and waterproofing
- Flooring and wall tile
- Painting
- Specialties
- Plumbing
- HVAC/mechanical systems
- Electrical
- Exterior athletic lighting
- Site concrete
- Asphalt paving
- Fencing
- Landscape and irrigation
- Synthetic sports turf systems
- Track equipment
- Retaining walls
- Track surfacing
Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Email bids to rpifer@crossland.com or deliver to 3017 N. Cypress Dr., Wichita Kansas.
All bidders should advise of their intent to bid. Please email rpifer@crossland.com of the notice of intent to bid. A pre-bid meeting will be held virtually at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2024. If you wish to participate in the pre-bid meeting, please email rpifer@crossland.com and request a meeting invite.
A copy of the bid documents will be available for review. Bid documents are available through Construct Connect and Building Connected upon request. Please email rpifer@crossland.com for bid invitation.
