The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Select certified nurse midwife (CNM) reimbursement rates will be reimbursed at 100% of the allowed rates.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is October 1, 2024.
