The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Family Service Coordination Targeted Case Management (TCM) reimbursement rate will be increased.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is October 1, 2024.
