Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $3,754,429.26 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $5,972,375.97 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at July 31, 2024.
