Public Notice 

The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) Behavioral Health Commission and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) are amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan to allow providers outside of the CMHC network to employ Mobile Crisis Intervention providers and to be reimbursed for providing Mobile Crisis Intervention Services. 

The proposed effective date for the state plan amendment (SPA) is July 1, 2024.
