Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $4,787,009.83 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,025,498.04 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at May 31, 2024.
