Public Notice

The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks has reached agreement for the purchase of a tract of land in Allen County, Kansas. The parcels consist of 11.77 acres, more or less, located in the SW¼ of Section 35, Township 24 South, Range 18 East in Allen County, Kansas. The appraised value is $120,000. The total purchase price is $127,200. The tract will be managed as part of Lehigh Portland State Park.
