Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,341,452.71 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,214,677.46 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at February 29, 2024.
