Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,765,834.78 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,310,949.84 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at January 31, 2024.
