Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas

Request for Proposals

The Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and organizations to provide monitoring services for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) operations for the Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB) and Chief Elected Officials Board (CEOB). The monitor will provide reports to the LWDB and CEOB on compliance regarding WIOA rules and regulations specifically for the delivery of services, grant operations, and financial management. Monitoring reports are to be submitted twice a year.
