Heartland Works, Inc. (HWI), PO Box 4977, Topeka, KS 66604, is issuing a request for proposals to provide youth activities for eligible youth under the Workforce Innovation an Opportunity Act (WIOA), U.S. Department of Labor federal funding. HWI is seeking providers able to serve the seventeen counties of Kansas Local Area II (Atchison, Brown, Clay, Doniphan, Douglas, Franklin, Geary, Jackson, Jefferson, Marshall Nemaha, Osage, Pottawatomie, Riley, Shawnee, Wabaunsee, and Washington). The bid package, with all specifications, is available at https://workforcecenters.com/heartland-works-inc/ beginning Thursday, January 11, 2024. A required pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom, Thursday, January 25, 2024. RSVPs for the pre-bid conference are required and are due to fiscal@heartlandworks.org by no later than 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2024. All bid proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 22, 2024. HWI welcomes all interested and eligible organizations to bid. HWI is an equal opportunity employer/provider.
