Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $9,195,070.12 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,421,008.64 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at December 31, 2023.
