Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,008,125.27 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,372,106.98 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at November 30, 2023.
