Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,813,348.42 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,520,847.22 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at September 30, 2023.
