The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) are amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Due to passage of legislation during the 2023 legislature session, the Targeted Case Management (TCM) reimbursement rate for Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) members has been increased.

The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is July 1, 2023.
