Notice to Bidders
The Hutton Corporation hereby invites you to submit a bid on the goods and services described below.
Instructions
Hutton is requesting bids for a 6,500 square foot addition to and 4,700 square foot remodel of the existing Marcus Welcome Center at Wichita State University.
This is not a complete set of drawings and specifications. This is Package #1 of the planned two packages that will be issued for bid. We are requesting bids on the following scopes of work only:
- Earthwork
- Site Utilities
- Landscape and Irrigation
- Concrete Contractor
- Structural Steel Supply
- Structural Steel Erection
- Roof Top Unit Supply (this is not requesting bids from a mechanical subcontractor only from a RTU supplier)

Request for Proposals for each scope of work listed above can be found on the Hutton Cloud.
Bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. (Central Time) January 20, 2023. Bids are to be emailed along with the corresponding bid form (located in the Hutton Cloud) to Eric Hendrickson at ehendrickson@huttonbuilds.com. Questions are to be directed to Eric Hendrickson.
Acknowledgments
Vendor hereby acknowledges it has read any questions and responses that arose during the bidding process on the Hutton Cloud website and addressed those, if applicable.
Vendor hereby acknowledges when submitting a bid that they have included all items associated with the request for proposal for their corresponding bid form.
