Notice of Application for Change in Field of Membership

This is to certify that at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Golden Plains Credit Union, located at 1714 E. Kansas Ave., Garden City, KS 67846, was held at this address on November 28, 2022, legal notice having been given that the following amendment to the bylaws was to be submitted, and a quorum being present, the following resolution was adopted by at least two-thirds (2/3) vote of all Board members present:

  • Membership in this credit union is limited to persons residing, working, or worshiping in or organizations located within a geographic area consisting of all Kansas counties except Johnson County (104 counties). Those who live or work in the Liberal, Kansas trade area. Family members, members of the Friends of Lee Richardson Zoo, and members of the Leave a Legacy Foundation.
