Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $7,934,610.49 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $1,947,740.56 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at November 30, 2022.
