The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan. Repair rates for maintenance of DMEPOS (durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies)Â equipment will be increased to 65% of the Medicare fee schedule.
The proposed effective date for the State Plan Amendment (SPA) is January 1, 2023.
